We're looking for an ambitious and charismatic sales Manager to join our dynamic team across two exciting brands — Bali Collective, where we sell exclusive designer villas in beachside Canggu, Bali, and Yatta Homes, one of Perth’s leading building brokers helping clients bring their dream homes to life.

What You’ll Do:

Lead, coach, and build a new sales team from the ground up.

Drive team performance to meet and exceed sales targets.

Develop sales strategies and implement new processes to optimise efficiency.

Work closely with ownership and the award-winning YATTA Homes team to support client success.

Oversee the promotion and sale of our competitively priced and innovative home designs.

Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction in the sales process.

What You Bring:

Proven leadership and sales experience, preferably in the home-building industry.

A track record of developing and managing high-performance sales teams.

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to inspire others.

Strong strategic thinking with the ability to implement efficient sales processes.

A passion for homebuilding and a dedication to providing the best possible client experience.
