The Role
We are seeking an experienced Client Advisor to join a distinguished luxury jewellery brand in Sydney. In this role, you will provide exceptional, personalized service to a discerning clientele, assisting in the selection of exquisite fine jewellery. Your focus will be on understanding individual preferences and building lasting client relationships by offering tailored recommendations that meet their desires.
As a Client Advisor, you will be the face of the brand, showcasing detailed product knowledge and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable buying experience. Your professionalism, discretion, and passion for luxury will be essential in delivering a memorable client experience and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a world-class, personalized client experience by anticipating customer needs and desires.
- Offer expert advice on gemstones, metals, jewellery design, and craftsmanship to assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Present the brand’s exclusive range, emphasising the quality and artistry behind each piece.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and client loyalty.
- Ensure the utmost confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism when handling valuable items and private client information.
- Drive sales excellence while proactively cross-selling and upselling to enhance the overall client experience.
- Utilize retail point-of-sale and CRM systems to streamline client interactions, manage orders, and track sales.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience providing exceptional client service in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and tailor services to individual client needs.
- Sales-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and upselling effectively.
- Proficiency in retail and CRM systems to optimize client engagement and track sales.
