Exceptional opportunity to join Western Australia’s leading land lease development group within an established and dynamic, growing team in a significant growth phase.
Providence Lifestyle Group (PLG) has an establishment portfolio of land lease projects in development phase and a significant pipeline underpinning an exciting growth trajectory. Due to business growth, a new role is being created to support the Head of Development across the entire development life cycle, with a focus on project management and analytical support.

The role is varied, exciting and challenging and well suited to a proactive and detail-oriented professional, passionate about the development industry and eager to join a more boutique team of highly motivated individuals.
The Role
Manage projects for PLG, acting as the key liaison between consultants, and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and successful project outcomes.
Other key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Working alongside the Head of Development, Coordinate development projects with clients, consultants, and partners to achieve project outcomes
Provide support in creating, advising, and monitoring project plans.
Assist in the development and operation of project management tools, resources and advice to support civil and built form projects through to completion.
Develop understanding and establish partnering relationships with key stakeholder groups associated with the Project including contractors, consultants, and approval authorities.
Assist with project documentation processes and ensure they are complete and well maintained.
Assist the Project Management team in ensuring project priorities are clearly established and frequently communicated with all key stakeholders.
About You
The ideal candidate will bring previous experience in Project Management and a strong understanding of the property industry, including planning, design, and construction. Additionally we are looking for:
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Demonstrated commercial/financial acumen.
Tertiary qualification in Project Management is an advantage.
Strong ability to lead, drive and motivate contractors and consultants to achieve program milestones.
