About the role Our client is a leading provider of smart logistics solutions and they are looking to for an experienced Billions Officer to join their team. The role sits in a large billings team heavily focused on providing team support. This role is a permanent position located in Port Botany.
The responsibilities

Reporting into the Billing Supervisor, you will be mainly responsible for:

• Preparing and issuing invoices in a timely manner
• Reconciling data and investigating any variance
• Following up on credit requests for approval
• Interact with customers to ensure resolution of billion/invoice queries
• Monthly reporting and process improvement
• Hitting KPI's

The successful applicant will have

• Experience with invoicing in a similar business
• Experience using Oracle is advantageous
• Intermediate excel skills
• Good verbal communication skills
• Accuracy and ability to meet deadlines
