Role Description

This is a contract, hybrid role for a Trainer and Assessor. The Trainer and Assessor will be responsible for conducting training sessions, assessing student progress, visiting trainees, and providing feedback to learners. The role may involve on-site delivery at various locations across the Sunshine and Fraser Coast as well as at the school in Gympie.

We are looking for trainers to deliver the following qualifications:

Certificate II:

Automotive Electrical Technology

Automotive Tyre Technology

Outdoor Power Equipment Technology

Hospitality

Certificate III

Hospitality

Business

Qualifications/Skills:

• Training and Assessment skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct assessments and provide feedback
• Knowledge of educational best practices
• Experience in delivering remote training programs
• Relevant certification in Training and Assessment (TAE 40116/40122)*

*Trainer under supervision arrangement possible for right candidate who does not yet hold a qualification.
