The Role

Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our aged care team in Millmerran. About You

Essential:

Current AHPRA registration

Minimum 12 months’ experience in residential aged care

Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Committed to resident dignity, safety and wellbeing

Organised, proactive and a supportive team player

Ability to lead and support care staff in daily clinical and care operations

Strong commitment to embrace and model the core values of our organisation

Availability to work a variety of shifts

Advantage:

Prior experience working in a rural or remote aged care setting

Confidence using clinical software and digital documentation systems

A flexible, can-do attitude and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
