Protech are looking for experienced Quality Assurance Coordinator to perform work with our highly-reputable Asphalt client, located in Darwin on a local project. This role is supporting the Engineer and working along the asphalt team.
You must be a permanent, currently residing in Darwin

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Pay Rate: $35-42 Base + Penalties and Overtime (depending on experience/tickets)
• Career Progression - Ongoing Work Leading to a Permanent Contract
• 6 Day Per Week Rostered Work
• Local Work, Home Everyday

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide administrative support to the engineering team with respect to document control with issuing of engineering documents and drawings within agreed deadlines
• Ensure that asphalt paving meets specific standards and performs well.
• High attention to detail and demonstrated time management skills
• Following processes and procedures to ensure quality product.

TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Current Drivers' Licence and Own Transport
• Construction White Card
• Experience in Quality Assurance in an Asphalt Environment (or similar)
• Strong experience using MS Office. Specifically using Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to multi-task with strong maths ability, organisational skills, ability to prioritise when required
• Strong understanding and adherence to OHS
• Valid & contactable references
• Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol Test
