Randstad is currently seeking Asphalt Crew Members to join our team for ongoing projects throughout Adelaide and surrounding areas. If you're looking for consistent work with great pay and great hours, and the opportunity to develop your career, we want to hear from you.

What's on Offer:

• Immediate start with ongoing casual work
• Full-time hours and lots of Overtime
• Opportunities for weekend and away work
• Hourly rates from $34 to $39, based on experience and tickets
• Penalties and allowances in addition to base pay

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with asphalt laying, driving Trucks and related duties
• Perform general labouring tasks: driving, operating, shovelling, raking, compacting, and site setup/cleanup
• Support installation and repair of asphalt and civil structures including patching and paving
• Operate and maintain plant machinery, including: Rollers, Excavators, Graders, Front End Loaders, Skid Steers, Backhoes

What You'll Need:

• Construction White Card
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
• Previous civil or asphalt experience
• HR or HC licence (advantageous)
• Additional machinery tickets highly regarded (e.g. Roller, Excavator, Grader, Loader, Skid Steer, Backhoe)
• Pass a drug & Alcohol test
