Join a specialised AV support team within a Government Department, where you’ll play a key role in delivering advanced technology solutions. As an integral member of the team, you’ll ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of sophisticated AV systems across a variety of environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality technical support and customer service to the Judiciary and associated staff
• Install, configure, and maintain advanced AV systems, including video conferencing, digital signal processing, and control systems
• Proactively monitor AV infrastructure in remote facilities, identifying and resolving issues to maintain operational continuity
• Provide front-line support via phone, Microsoft Teams, Service Now, and in-person channels
• Troubleshoot audio and AV issues, maintain accurate records, and liaise with vendors and internal/external stakeholders

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience and skills with audio-visual hardware in a complex environment
• Strong knowledge of Cisco video conferencing solutions,
• Experience with AMX control systems, Biamp and ClearOne DSPs, and multipoint conferencing units advantageous
• Demonstrated experience working within IT Service Management frameworks such as ITIL
• A valid Queensland driver's licence, with flexibility to travel to various locations across the state
