• $80,000 - $83,000 base salary + superannuation + half yearly bonus

Located right across from Caboolture Station, The Club Tavern is a vibrant, family-friendly venue known for its welcoming team and buzzing atmosphere. Our bistro serves up everything from mouthwatering share plates to hearty pub classics and sizzling steaks. With daily specials and menus for all ages, it's the perfect spot for passionate hospitality pros to thrive and grow in a supportive, community-focused environment.

This is a brilliant opportunity to become an Head Chef at the Club Caboolture Tavern!

What you’ll do:

• Motivate and lead your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience which promotes customer loyalty and contributes to revenue growth
• Bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests
• Design and produce top quality food
• Share your exceptional knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Be creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives

Qualifications

What you’ll need:

• Experience as a Chef in a fast paced environment
• Ability to lead effective teams and build a positive culture
• Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
• Trade cooking qualifications
• The desire to be part of a fun, productive and professional team
