What you'll do

As a Principal Project Officer - Instructional Design, your role will be to coordinate the design and delivery of leadership and management capability development programs and initiatives to the Queensland Health workforce. Specifically, you will produce, maintain, and evaluate engaging learner centred online learning programs to Queensland Health employees across traditional and digital mediums, as well as review and evaluate training programs to provide expert advice on contemporary learning practices. About you

We are searching for someone who demonstrates:

  • High level knowledge of contemporary approaches to the design and delivery of learning and development products and services.
  • Experience in the design, build and review of eLearning capability programs.
  • Proficiently use leading edge technologies and instructional design tools to create engaging, learner centred online learning resources.
  • High level interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead consultation and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders to form collaborative solutions and implement appropriate strategic responses.
  • Ability to deliver outcomes and manage competing work priorities to meet agreed deadlines and commitments.
