The opportunity:

Halo is excited to offer a unique part time opportunity for an Enrolled Nurse to join our team, delivering Home Care Services in the community. Based out of our Armadale office, this role involves working under the clinical guidance of a Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to our clients.

As a valued team member, you'll provide quality & client-focused care in people's homes 3 days a week. We're committed to offering tailored services and making the time we spend with clients as valuable as possible.

You should be comfortable driving between clients in the Perth metro area.

About you:

Problem solving comes naturally to you, and you don't sweat the small stuff. This role would be well-suited if you have some aged care or community care experience.

You're comfortable working on your own with wounds, diabetic treatment, continence & medication support. Home care workers do a lot of driving each day, so you'll need to enjoy being out on the road.

To be considered for this role, you’ll need:

• Initiative and the ability to multi task.
• Great interpersonal & communication skills.
• You will have a minimum of 2 years experience as an EN preferably in a home care setting
• Current Registration with the AHPRA with zero notations
• Community Care experience will be highly regarded
• Compassion and enthusiasm, with a friendly approach
• Excellent Communicational skills both Verbal and written
• A current Australian driver's license and fully insured vehicle
• A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening
