An exciting position has arisen for a talented and analytically focussed Commercial Finance Manager to join the team. Reporting to the CFO , you will have a variety of responsibilities including:

Management reporting and associated analysis

Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, revenue growth targets, and commercial priorities

Business partnering with key financial and non financial stakeholders

Develop and execute the Group’s commercial finance strategy, focusing on revenue growth, wage analysis, margin improvement and market competitiveness

Provide commercial analysis around maintaining and improving business profitability including conducting proactive monthly reviews to identify trends, issues, and actionable recommendations

Develop and maintain financial models to analyse business performance

Design dashboards that provide real-time visibility into financial and operational performance, enabling data-driven decisions

Ad hoc projects and improving processes

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will be CA/CPA qualified and have a minimum of 8-10 years experience from a large, reputable organisation (open on industry). You will have a strong commercial acumen and prior experience across business partnering, analysis, budgeting/forecasting and engaging with stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
