We are seeking a passionate and experienced Diploma Educator to join a beautiful Exceeding service in the Caringbah area, close to the station and with on-site parking.

Join this lovely team of experienced Educators in a purpose-built service with plenty of resources, outdoor space and regular local excursions!

What we are looking for:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Children's Services - COMPLETED
• Minimum of 2 years working in an early childhood setting
• A passion for working with children
• A sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Current and valid working with children's check
• Full working rights

The role:

• Support in the creation and implementation an age-appropriate programme for children in-line with the EYLF and NQF frameworks
• Provide support and mentoring to other Educators in a holistic environment in delivery of excellent care
• Carry out observations and reflections, tailoring plans to children's individual developmental needs
• Build and maintain great relationships with families, Educators and children engaging with the service
• Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
