About the role

Creative Kids Clontarf is seeking a passionate and experienced Diploma Educator to join our team in Clontarf, Queensland. This role will see you contribute to the delivery of exceptional early childhood education and care to the children in our centre. 38 hours available.

We are a child safe service and take this quite seriously. We have a vision to have a permenant diploma float educator in each room.

What you'll be doing

• Support educators by supporting engaging educational programs for children aged 0-5 years
• Provide a nurturing, safe and stimulating environment that supports each child's individual development
• Build positive relationships with children, families and the wider community
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and quality standards
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our childcare services
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
• Strong understanding of child development and current early childhood education practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Working with Children Check
