Join our Karratha Service Support team, where you provide a welcoming environment to ensure clients access our services in ways that are person centred, safe, responsive and convenient. You will be the first point of contact for many clients and will help refer them to appropriate services within Anglicare WA. You will also provide support to ensure the smooth running of the office providing administrative support, accurately entering data and maintaining electronic client files.
Here, you can bring your administration and customer service skills and thrive in an environment where you can make a positive impact to the community. Days and hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm.
What you will bring
You are a passionate and talented individual who wants to be part of a team who delivers quality services to our clients. To be successful in this role you will have:
- Demonstrated customer service and administration skills as well as experience
- Exceptional communication skills with an ability to relate to a wide range of clients in need of assistance
- Ability to respond to clients in distress, and be comfortable deescalating people who are upset
- Demonstrated ability to identify client needs, assess risk and prioritise accordingly
- Well developed digital/computer literacy skills as well as financial management skills including ability to issue invoices and receipt money
The successful candidate must possess a current National Police Clearance valid within one year and WA Working with Children Check.

Also:-
- Salary starting from $80k (inclusive of 10% remote localities allowance) + 11.5% superannuation
- Access generous housing subsidy of up to $250 per week (eligibility criteria apply)
- Salary packaging of up to $15,900 (which equates to circa $4K after tax) plus additional salary packaging of up to $2,650 for meal and entertainment expenses
- Additional 3 days leave per year over festive period
