RM Group is seeking a Civil Engineer to join a Civil Construction company in the water and wastewater treatment sector, you will play a key role in the design, planning, and delivery of infrastructure projects.

Your responsibilities will span across technical detailing, site supervision, contractor coordination, and quality assurance to ensure the successful construction and commissioning of water treatment facilities and related civil structures.

The salary for this position is from $150-$180k + Company car, depended on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, design, and execution of civil works for water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, pipelines, and associated infrastructure.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, construction plans, method statements, and specifications in accordance with project and regulatory requirements.
• Support project managers in budget estimations, procurement planning, and schedule management.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and health & safety regulations.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, mechanical, electrical, and environmental engineers.
• Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, clients, and local authorities to resolve construction issues and facilitate smooth project progress.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and municipal standards for water infrastructure projects.
• Contribute to risk assessments, design reviews, and value engineering discussions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience in civil construction, ideally focused on water or wastewater treatment plants, pipelines and municipal infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of concrete works, excavation, geotechnical aspects, underground utilities, and structural foundations.
• Proficient in using design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or similar)
• Solid understanding of construction safety standards.
