About the role:
This Director of Nursing - Rural Reliever position will provide relieving Director of Nursing (DON) support across a variety of facilities throughout Central Queensland's rural network as a Rural Director of Nursing (Nurse Grade 9). As part of the role there may be opportunity to relieve in higher duties DON roles at other locations in the rural network.
About you:
- A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent is a mandatory qualification for this
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse with a current annual practicing
- While not mandatory, a relevant nursing postgraduate qualification at an Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) level 9 (Master's Degree) would be highly desirable for this
What we offer:
Total monthly remuneration value of up to $15,528 is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $76.88 - $82.36 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
