About the Opportunity:

Randstad is currently partnering with an established aged care provider on the Gold Coast to appoint an experienced Director of Care for a short-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a key leadership role, providing critical support during a period of transition.

About you:
✨ AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
✨ Full Australian Working Rights.
✨ Minimum 3 years of experience in a nursing management role.
✨ A strong background in aged care and understanding of sector compliance requirements.
✨ Proven ability to manage people, budgets, and clinical operations.
✨ Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
✨ A passion for mentoring and developing aged care professionals.
