The Role: AIN/Community Support Worker
We’re seeking experienced Community Support Workers to join our dedicated Rubies Team. This role involves supporting NDIS participants to live independently at home and engage with their communities. With opportunities across community, hospital, and aged care settings, we’re looking for compassionate individuals with a strong understanding of person-centered care.
What You’ll Do
Social Support: Facilitate community access and social engagement.
Personal Care: Assist with hygiene, mobility, and daily living tasks.
Medication & Documentation: Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical records.
Goal Achievement: Use creativity to support NDIS participants in meeting their personal goals.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively with clients, families, and the Rubies team.

About You – Skills and Experience
We’re looking for candidates who have:
Essential:
First Aid Certificate and CPR.
Current Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) Check.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
A car with full comprehensive insurance and a valid driver’s license.
A solid understanding of Duty of Care and Scope of Practice.
Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or a related qualification.
Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
