Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provide administrative support to Personal Assistants and broader team members.

Manage team calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics (including flights, accommodation, and car hire).

Maintain office/kitchen/meeting rooms. Ensuring meeting rooms are replenished after each meeting and end of day.

Manage inventory and place orders for office supplies, including groceries, stationery, and branded materials.

Clean and maintain coffee machines; liaise with building management regarding office cleaning schedules.

Sort and distribute incoming mail and manage courier deliveries.

Administer office access passes and maintain related records.

Support the planning of team social events and monthly birthdays.

Track and submit team expenses.

Serve as the designated Fire Warden, ensuring compliance with safety procedures.

The ideal experience and competencies for the role include the following:

Minimum 1/2 years relevant experience in a financial or professional services organisation (preferred).

Solid computer skills, including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), e-mail.

Basic IT skills and troubleshooting experience (preferred).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Strong organisation and planning skills, with a high degree of integrity and a dedicated work ethic.

Personable, bright nature with a great sense of humour!
