Job Description
As we continue to expand, we are excited to announce the opportunity for a Junior Business Administrator to join our growing team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position will see you supporting the team and business in administrative tasks, as well as contributing to building the team and culture at Pitch Black. The position will be full-time office based role in our new Fortitude Valley office.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
· Manage office and facilities including attending reception desk
· Manage visitor sign-ins and inductions
· Provide administrative support across various teams
· Assist general business purchasing
· Answer and redirect business calls and emails
· Manage team communications and events
· Organise and manage team and project travels
· Minor office cleaning throughout workdays (office will have professional cleaning arrangement in place)
· Receiving and sending mail and parcels
· Undertake first-aid and emergency response duties
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
· 1+ year experience in an administrative or business support role
· Good organisational and time management skills.
· Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
· Strong interpersonal skills and written communication
· Ability to work independently and manage priorities
· Basic understanding of document control principles would be an advantage
