This casual role involves assisting customers with face-to-face banking enquiries, handling cash transactions, and referring customers to banking specialists where needed.

Hours of Work:
This role required flexibility to work when relief is required:

• Planned Leave: Scheduled in advance where needed.
• Unplanned Leave: Notified prior or on the day.
