About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our clients team, providing relief support in Kingston SE. This casual role involves assisting customers with face-to-face banking enquiries, handling cash transactions, and referring customers to banking specialists where needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Hours of Work:
This role required flexibility to work when relief is required:
- Planned Leave: Scheduled in advance where needed.
- Unplanned Leave: Notified prior or on the day.
