Protech are looking for experienced Customer Service Officers to perform work with our client, located in Townsville on a casual shift roster.
This position will provide front of house customer service along with operational support to the Gallery services as well as working with all Gallery staff in the delivery of a range of services and programs and will take direction from the Galleries Director.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Pay Level: LGO 1 - $35.99
Role Type: Casual
Roster: Position 1 Wed-Fri - 9:45 - 5pm, Sat - Sun - 9:45am - 1pm. (28.25hr/week)
Roster: Position 2 - Tues-Fri -10am -3pm. (20hr/week)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Willingness to work at both Gallery venues.
• Provide front of house management including reception, gift shop, ticketing, telephone, information, and email communications to visitors to both Perc Tucker Regional Gallery and Pinnacles Gallery.
• Provide excellent customer service to all Gallery patrons.
• Provide retail services and day to day management to the Gallery.
• Provide operational support to the Gallery.
• Must be available Monday-Wednesdays and weekends (shifts usually fall between 8.30am-5pm) and weekends (shifts vary but fall between the hours of 8.30am-3pm).

TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Current Working with Children Clearance (Blue Card)
• Current 'C' Class drivers licence & reliable transport
• Ability to pass Police Check
• Reception and shop experience would be beneficial.
• Sound knowledge of the visual arts and the local arts industry and art’s facilities.
