About the role

This full-time Logistics / Administrative Assistant role provides vital support to the operations team at Hartney Haulage Pty Ltd in Minto, NSW. You will be responsible for assisting with a variety of administrative and logistical duties to help ensure the smooth running of the warehouse and distribution operation.

What you'll be doing

Providing administrative support to all areas of the business when required

Assisting with the coordination of inbound and outbound orders

Liaising with customers and providing POD's

Maintaining accurate inventory records and assisting with stock takes

Supporting the warehouse team

Maintaining the CRM and updating customer rates

What we're looking for

Relevant administrative or logistics experience, ideally within a warehousing, transport or distribution environment

Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced operational environment

A positive and proactive attitude

Keen eye for detail
