About the role

Kova coffee' is looking for a talented Breakfast cook to join our team in Stafford Heights, QLD. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a range of delicious breakfast dishes for our busy café. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and passion for creating high-quality, fresh food in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes

Ensure consistency and high-quality standards for all menu items

Coordinate with the front-of-house team to deliver meals efficiently and on time

Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations

Assist with menu development and testing of new breakfast items

Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work culture

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of experience as a breakfast cook or line cook in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment

Strong culinary skills and knowledge of breakfast preparation techniques

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to work efficiently in a busy kitchen

Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the front-of-house team

Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude

Food safety and hygiene certification
