They are looking for an experienced Projects & Estimation - Operations Manager to join their team! This role is key to ensuring the successful delivery of landscaping projects while leading estimation processes for accurate and competitive quotes. What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee and manage end-to-end delivery of landscaping projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting
• Lead the estimation team to provide accurate and competitive project quotes
• Develop and implement project management processes for efficiency and consistency
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
• Analyze project performance and drive continuous improvement
• Mentor and develop the skills of the team
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or operations within construction or landscaping
• Strong technical knowledge of landscaping materials, construction methods, and project management principles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Proven experience in developing successful estimation processes
• Degree or qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, Landscaping, or a related field (highly desirable)
• Ability to lead, grow, and develop a high-performing team
