Wan Da 999 Pty Ltd operates a Restaurant in Apollo Bay. We now seeking an experienced and qualified Restaurant Manager to join our team.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service, excellent customer satisfaction, and efficient staff management. You will play a key leadership role in maintaining our high standards and supporting the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Plans menus in consultation with Chefs

Selects and prices menu items

Plans and organizes functions for special events

Takes reservations, greet guests and assists in taking orders in conjunctions with Junior staff

Confers with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service

Stock control and ordering (beverage stock and stationery)

Capable of establishing a good communication with people on all levels and from various cultural backgrounds. Enjoy helping others and have effective problem solving skills

Effectively listens to guests needs and strives to meet those needs in a courteous and friendly manner. Skilled in maintaining an impeccable standard of guest relations under all circumstances

Shifts scheduling

Trains and supervises new staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures

Monitors staff performance and provides feedbacks

Negotiates supplier arrangements for food and beverage products

Balances the cash receipts at the end of the day/shift

Ensures that standards of food and beverage services are maintained and improved

Organizes food and beverage promotions and advertising

Monitors revenues and expense

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

· Formal qualification of Diploma in relevant field

· Relevant work experience

· Good team spirit and management skill

Salary range: $65,000 to $77,000
