The Role

We are seeking a passionate Senior Family Law Associate to join our team in either our Melbourne CBD or Dandenong office. In this role you will manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including:

Divorce & separation

Child custody & parenting arrangements

Child support and binding child support agreements

Spousal maintenance & financial agreements

Property settlements

Family violence intervention orders

What We're Looking For

Qualifications: LLB or JD, Victorian practising certificate and admission to the Supreme Court of Victoria & High Court of Australia

Skills: Strong drafting, litigation, negotiation, and advocacy abilities, plus experience supervising juniors

Traits: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and client-focused with excellent communication skills
