Randstad is looking for a Sales All-Rounder to join a friendly hardware store that has multiple locations. If you enjoy helping customers, know your way around tools and building supplies, and love a role that keeps you moving, this could be the perfect fit.

About the Role:

You'll be the face of the store serving customers at the registers, offering advice on our range of hardware and building products, and jumping in to support different departments as needed.

Your Day Might Include:

Operating point of sale and assisting at registers

Serving customers with a smile and providing product knowledge

Restocking shelves and keeping the store tidy

Working across different sections of the store depending on the day

Offering practical, friendly support to DIYers and tradies alike

What We're Looking For:

A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Great customer service and communication skills

Willingness to learn and work across various departments

Previous retail or hardware experience is a bonus, but not essential

An interest in tools, hardware, or home improvement is a plus

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role in a business that values people who pitch in and support the team.
