Our wonderful childcare centre located in Narre Warren, is seeking passionate Early Childhood Educators to join our team at our 149 place purpose built centre. We are a family-owned early learning centre that has been providing high-quality childcare and education for decades and will support our educators in their roles where needed. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing, inclusive and stimulating environment for the children in our care.

What we're looking for

• Full time/Part time and Casual roles available
• Current Certificate III or Diploma in ECEC
• Traineeship options are available if new to the industry and meet eligibility criteria. No experience needed, full on the job training provided.
• Passion for supporting the development and well being of young children
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families, team members, and all visitors.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team with a positive, caring attitude.
• Has an understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF).
• Has an understanding of the Child Safe Standards.
• Support and guide children's behaviour in positive ways
• Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and CPR certificates, Working with Children Check or willing to obtain.

An ideal candidate will have availability between the hours of 6:30am – 6.30pm, Monday to Friday.
