Location: Broadmeadows campus location, with occasional travel
Role Type: Full Time, Permanent
About The Role:
As a Student Services Team Leader (internally referred to as Education Operations Team Leader), you'll lead a team of 8-10 staff members, driving excellence in student-focused administrative services across our campuses. Reporting to the Manager, Education Operations Hub, your focus will be on coordinating daily workflows, supporting continuous improvement and ensuring our students receive timely, accurate, and meaningful support throughout their journey.
This is an opportunity to take on a hands-on leadership role where you'll influence service delivery, drive performance, and contribute to the evolving student experience at BKI.
About You:
We are looking for a proactive leader who is passionate about customer service, operational excellence and empowering teams to thrive in a busy, people-focused environment.
You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience leading a high-performing team in an education or service environment
- Strong workflow coordination and rostering abilities, with a sharp focus on quality and deadlines
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities
- Confidence in using IT systems and tools for reporting, process improvement and knowledge sharing
- A forward-thinking mindset and a commitment to process improvement, scalability and sustainability
- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel between campuses
