There is an immediate need for a mid level Architect to join this team delivering houses and townhouse projects in a fulltime permanent role. You will take full responsibility for some projects and will report to the Senior Project Architect on larger projects.

This tight knit team is based in the CBD and with a strong client base here and overseas has a steady pipeline of work.

As the ideal candidate you will have previous experience working on residential projects. With a particular focus on one off houses and small to medium scale townhouse developments you will get the opportunity to take on increaisng responsibility for the delivery of projects. You will have excellent Revit skills and have a strong understanding of Rescode. you will have applied this through the Town Planning and Documentation phases of projects.
It would be highly regarded if you have fluency speaking Mandarin.
