AquaBuddies is seeking a passionate, experienced Swim School Supervisor to join our leadership team and deliver exceptional swimming programs for young families. This is a full-time role. If you love working with families and creating positive learning environments, this could be the role for you!

About the Role:
You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our swim school, support and mentor instructors, and ensure our Parent & Baby program continues to thrive. This is a hands-on role that combines leadership, teaching, and community connection.

What You’ll Need:
✅ Parent & Baby swim teaching qualification (AUSTSWIM, Swim Australia or equivalent)
✅ Proven experience teaching babies, toddlers, and preschoolers
✅ Confident, bubbly personality – great with kids and parents
✅ Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
✅ Available to work 4 weekdays and either sat or sunday
✅ A genuine love for working with families and building community
