Role Overview: We're seeking a motivated and ambitious Candidate Resourcer (people person extraordinaire) to specialize in the Real Estate sector. Key Duties:

• Get to know people - Conduct candidate interviews and reference checks.
• Attract great candidates - craft compelling job advertisements.
• Make the match! Proactively source new candidates and manage them through the recruitment process
• Collaborate with colleagues on recruiting positions.
• Assist consultants in taking job briefs.

Qualifications and Attributes:

• Experience in administration in fast-paced business, preferably in real estate, property or recruitment
• Positive can do attitude with a drive for career success.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients & candidates.
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
• Bright, outgoing personality who enjoys a fun work environment.
