A well-established builder is about to kick off a large-scale multi-residential project—300+ apartments across multiple buildings—delivered in stages over the next 5+ years.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role from day one, with full ownership across pre-construction, delivery, and handover. You’ll report directly to the Head of Construction and be well-positioned to step into a Project Director role in due course as the pipeline continues to grow.

Has experience delivering high-rise residential or commercial projects

Wants real responsibility and a seat at the table

Is confident leading teams and managing stakeholders
