About the role:

We are currently seeking the services of an intermediate accountant to join the team. You will have good client contact and involvement across all levels of the job, with the opportunity to build strong relationships. You will be given good exposure to a variety of tax and advice matters.

Key responsibilities include:

Prepare, review and analyse financial statements for companies, trusts, and partnerships

Manage BAS/IAS preparation

Manage workflow and build relationships with client base

Prepare more specialist tax work, including Div7A, CGT and FBT

Participate in weekly internal Accountants training sessions

About you:

You are a degree qualified accountant with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in public practice.

You have the ability to manage your time and work independently

You will be a confident self-starter but also willing to take on feedback

You desire a long-term role where you will grow

A team player mindset

Strong attention to detail

Ability to communicate professionally
