The Opportunity:
Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Administration superstar to join our Therapy and Education Support services team based here in our Macksville office Part-time 22.5 hours across Monday to Friday. This role will involve greeting and assisting clients at the service in a friendly and professional manner, responding to client enquiries, driving the day-to-day functioning of the office, maintaining client and staff files, booking and managing staff appointments, billing for appointments and communicating with the coordinator.

What are we looking for?
•Answer the telephone, respond to enquiries or direct calls in a professional manner.
•Ensure all messages taken for staff are recorded correctly and forwarded on as soon as possible including current contact details.
• Ensure client privacy is always maintained
• Provide administrative support to team to assist them in completion of tasks
•Take meeting minutes for staff meeting and circulate to attendees after approval from Coordinator
• Participate in organisational communications and development systems such as email, staff meetings, planning & review days, quality assurance and organisational promotions and events as required.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience in Office Administration
Desirable
• Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar
• NDIS Knowledge: Understanding of NDIS financial processes, guidelines, billing and
compliance standards.
• Experience using Echidna
