As a result of rapid growth, we are looking for an office based Customer support person to join our Gold Coast team. We want a Customer service superstar.

This is a Full Time position Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm (Enjoy your weekends)

We are looking for an individual with the following qualities:

• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to details
• Excellent Customer service and support
• Show initiative with showroom displays
• Have to ability to handle customer problems with the utmost professionalism
• Computer literate (Microsoft office products)
• Have the capability to work with a large inventory of products
• Work unsupervised at times
• Enthusiastic
• Be Proactive not reactive
• Be driven to achieve high results
