Rochedale Kids Early Learning Centre is a purpose built, Reggio Emilia inspired centre. This beautiful centre is licensed for 162 places a day consisting of beautiful studios; fully equipped with its own learn to swim pool, cenare, food exploration laboratory and art atelier, Rochedale Kids Early Learning Centre really is the centre that children deserve.
We are participating in the Worker Retention Payment Grant! If successful you will receive an additional payment on top of your above award pay rate.
The successful applicant for this role will:
Be willing to work as part of a team to provide high quality care for children
Must be able to work 6:00-6:30 AM, 5 days a week.
Express a genuine passion or interest in the Reggio Emilia philosophy
Take pride in the presentation of the centre
Possess a genuine desire and commitment for working with children
MUST hold a Diploma in Children's Services (or be working towards*)
Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
Show a clear understanding of the the NQF (National Quality Framework), EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework) and if applicable QKLG (Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines)
