Rothwell Kids Early Learning Centre is a beautiful homely centre, which caters for 94 children a day aged between six weeks and six years. This amazing centre is rated EXCEEDING! The service has been completely transformed into a centre that children truly deserve.
Are you an experienced, motivated and passionate Qualified Lead Educator. You will receive ongoing support from an experienced management team including an onsite Centre Manager/Nominated Supervisor and Assistant Centre Manager, and Educational Leader.
We are participating in the Worker Retention Payment Grant! If successful you will receive an additional payment on top of your above award pay rate.
The successful applicant for this role will:
- Take pride in the presentation of the centre
- Possess a genuine desire and commitment for working with children
- MUST hold a Diploma in Children's Services
- Be willing to work as part of a team to provide high quality care for children
- Express a genuine passion or interest in the Reggio Emilia philosophy
- Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
- Show a clear understanding of the the NQF (National Quality Framework), EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework) and if applicable QKLG (Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines)
