Sydney Custom Joinery is a leading provider of high-end, bespoke joinery solutions. Known for precision, quality, and innovation, we bring architectural visions to life. We are currently seeking an experienced Draftsperson proficient in Pytha software to join our dynamic and skilled team.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Drawings: Produce detailed shop and technical drawings using Pytha, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project specifications.

Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, designers, and clients to interpret architectural plans and deliver clear joinery documentation.

Project Coordination: Track drawing changes and revisions, keeping stakeholders updated throughout the project lifecycle.

Material Take-Offs: Generate cutting lists and material schedules; assist in ordering hardware and materials.

Quality Control: Ensure all drawings meet industry standards and support smooth production and installation.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven drafting experience in the joinery, cabinetry, or shopfitting industry.

Software Skills: Proficiency in Pytha is essential; familiarity with other CAD platforms is a bonus.

Technical Knowledge: Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.

Detail-Oriented: Precise, methodical, and thorough with measurements and specifications.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication; able to liaise confidently with clients and internal teams.

Problem Solver: Capable of resolving design challenges efficiently and independently.
