About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced casual Deep Fryer Cook to join our team at OTP - Off The Planet Burgers' in Yarraville, VIC 3013. As a crucial member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious burgers and fries to perfection, ensuring our customers have an exceptional dining experience every time.

What you'll be doing

Accurately following recipes and cooking methods to consistently produce high-quality fried items such as french fries, onion rings, and other deep-fried menu items

Maintaining a clean and organised workstation to ensure efficient and safe food preparation

Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards

Assisting the kitchen team with other tasks as required

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience working as a deep fryer cook or in a similar role within the hospitality industry

Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
