Our client is recognised as Perth’s leading precast concrete manufacturer specialising in high-quality precast concrete solutions for civil, energy, communications, rail, water, and environmental sectors.

As the Distribution & Yard Supervisor, you'll oversee the safe and efficient operation of our clients Distribution yard, ensuring that their customers receive their orders safely, undamaged and on time!

What Will You Do?

• Oversee the safe operation and organisation of the Distribution yard, making sure all safety regulations and company policies are followed.
• Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing deliveries.
• Quality control – Overseeing the presentation of the product ensuring they are clean, free from damage and meet company standards.
• Be highly organised and able to notice any issues outside of normal processes.
• Have the ability to perform manual tasks and operate machinery.
• Ideally we’re looking for someone who will be a “problem solver” in the yard with supervision, scheduling & organisation skills.
• This role works under the direction and with the support from the friendly and dedicated Managers / Owners.

• Effective teamwork, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Proven history of a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• A positive can-do attitude and a keen eye for detail.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Safety-Focused: Committed to following safety protocols and guidelines.
• Precast Concrete industry and / or construction supply experience highly regarded.
