We specialize in installing automatic gates and security fencing for industrial, commercial, and domestic locations. We installed over 4000 gates over Melbourne and WA.

As part of our company year on year growth, we are now looking for an Account Payable to join us and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

Process and verify invoices for goods and services received

Match purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documents

Ensure proper coding and approvals before processing

Schedule and prepare payments (cheques, EFTs, wire transfers)

Reconciling of statements to ensure all accounts are up to date

Reconcile business card expenses and ensure documentation is obtained from cardholders.

Assisting with the Fortnightly payment run paperwork

Handle queries and resolve issues with vendors and internal departments

Assist with month-end closing and reporting activities

Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date

Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

Other account/finance administration tasks as required

To be successful in this position, you will require the followings:

1–3 years of experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role

Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., Xero, MYOB, etc.)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting
