  • Inclusion support role contract till 19th December 2025 (working during school terms only)
  • Part time contract till October 2025 (Potential to extend till next year)
  • 2 days per week (Monday and Friday) 9:30am - 4:30pm, working with preschool children

About the Opportunity

Uniting Early Learning Medowie has supported families for over 20 years with education and childcare, including a preschool program. We are open long hours for children from birth to five years. We value every child as an individual with a unique personality, interests and needs, so we can best help them to unlock and achieve their potential while enjoying their time in our care.

What you’ll be doing in this role
As a Certificate III Qualified Educator, you’ll provide quality education and care to children to help support and facilitate their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework!

Your work may include:

  • Developing positive relationships that support children, their families and community.
  • Facilitating play-based learning environments that are responsive to children’s interest, strengths, and abilities.

Who we’re looking for

  • Must have completed a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education, with previous inclusion support experience (preferred)
  • Be passionate about working with children of all ages.
  • A work history that demonstrates, programming, writing learning stories and supporting the planning of a successful curriculum using the Early Years Learning Framework (National Standard)
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families and community members
  • You’ll be adaptable, empathetic and resourceful, and be able to live Uniting’s everyday values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold.
