A major bank in Sydney is seeking a Senior Service Now Engineer for a large automation project.
Initially the contract will be 12 months long highly to extend for the right person.
As a Senior ServiceNow Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet the needs of our customers.
You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow applications. Your expertise in request and catalogue management within ServiceNow will be crucial in delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow items.
• Manage and enhance ServiceNow request and catalogue management processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
• Develop and maintain custom scripts and workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow.
• Ensure best practices and standards are followed in ServiceNow development. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and team members.

Key Skills / Experience:

• Proven experience as a Senior ServiceNow Engineer.
• Deep knowledge on integration interfaces (JDBC, JSON, SOAP, REST, OPENID, SAML, ODBC, DATA exports, transform maps).
• Experience in Integration including experience in Cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, GCP and sound knowledge across Cloud Services
• Proficiency in of ServiceNow integration and automation
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow request and catalogue management.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow development, including custom JavaScript scripting and workflows.
