Company Summary:

They are currently looking for a new Contract Administrator to join their team, you would be site based, looking after all Contract Admin for a $40M+ D&C project.

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics or Quantity Surveying
• Solid Intermediate level CA, with proven experience on projects $10m+ as the Lead/Solo CA
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Local experience and established relationships with the local supply chain is preferred
• Recent experience in commercial building
