As the Senior Payroll Officer, you will responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end payroll function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. As the point of contact for payroll-related inquiries, you will play a key role in maintaining smooth payroll operations, liaising with internal teams, and supervising the Payroll Assistant.

Your day-to-day:

• Manage the full payroll cycle on a weekly and monthly basis
• Act as the main point of contact for all payroll-related inquiries and provide guidance to employees on payroll matters
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time in accordance with company policies, tax regulations, and relevant legislation
• Work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes
• Identify and resolve any payroll discrepancies promptly

Who you are:

• Proven experience in a senior payroll role
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation and best practices
• Experience with Employment Hero (or similar payroll software) is highly preferred
