Your new role

• As a Mechanical CAD Draftsperson, you will play a crucial role in the building services team.
  
• Creating detailed mechanical drawings and plans using CAD software.
  
• Collaborating with engineers and other team members to develop and refine designs.
  
• Ensuring all drawings comply with industry standards and project specifications.
  
• Assisting in the preparation of technical documentation and reports.
  
• Participating in project meetings and providing technical support as needed.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Mechanical CAD Draftsperson within the building services sector.
  
• Commercial fit-out experience is essential.
  
• Proficiency in CAD software.
  
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and building services.
